News Flash! Famous Australian Project

Due to having a very busy few weeks at school with Interschool Sports,  Book Week Activities and Athletics, we have decided to give the students an extra two weeks to complete their Famous or Infamous Australian Project.

We are hoping that by providing this extra time in class and at home, the students will be able to complete their tasks to a high standard.

Due Date: Monday 14th September (Week 10)

Famous Australians

This term the Senior Learning Community are learning about famous and infamous Australians who have contributed to Australia’s development as a nation. As a part of our inquiry, each student is to select an important Australian to complete a project on. To begin this project, they are required to complete the form below which will inform Mrs Ferris, Mrs Wilkinson and Mr Larkins of who they have chosen to make sure they have chosen a suitable person.

Some class time will be allocated to help the students complete this task and the regular homework will be slightly altered to assist students complete the project.

Here is a copy of the project just in case anyone has misplaced their sheets.
